Every worker — SDN employee, subcontractor, or visitor — attends a mandatory induction covering site rules, PPE requirements, assembly points, prohibited zones, and first-aid locations. No induction, no site access.

Morning PPE compliance checks, scaffold inspection logs, barricade verification, and tool condition assessments happen daily. Any non-compliance triggers an immediate stop-work authority — no exceptions.

Every incident — injury, near-miss, or property damage — is reported within 24 hours. Root cause analysis follows within 72 hours, corrective actions are documented, and findings are shared across all active SDN sites.

Monthly safety audits compare the plan against ground reality. Near-miss trends are analyzed, safety KPIs are tracked dashboards, and process gaps are closed before the next project — the system gets sharper every time.
